Mike has more than a decade of investor relations and corporate communications experience working at several leading agencies in New York City.

At Lumina Communications, he manages both public and investor relations programs for clients in a variety of industries from start-ups to Fortune 500 businesses.

Previously, Mike was an account director at KCSA Worldwide, where he provided strategic counsel on corporate positioning and messaging, lead earnings implementation, managed investor road shows and collateral materials development.

In addition, Mike spent nearly five years working with the American Stock Exchange on a pioneering program that provided investor relations and communications counsel to Amex-listed companies. In this capacity, he regularly offered counsel to senior management on corporate positioning, visibility programs and issues relating to disclosure and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Business from Villanova University.
